How do I group, sort and search events on large bookings in Thynk's Event Manager?
By Thynk· Published · Updated
Thynk's Event Manager lets teams search, sort and group all events on a large booking from one table. Search by event or product name, group by name, day, function space or function type, and sort by any column. Your view preferences are saved automatically in your browser.

Thynk's new Event Manager is built for large group bookings, conferences and expos, where a single booking can hold hundreds of events. Sales and conference services teams can search, sort and group every event on the booking from one table, without opening events one by one.
Searching: start typing in the search field and the events table refreshes across all events on the booking, not just the rows currently loaded. You can search by event name or by the name of a linked product. Typing a menu name, for example, shows every event that menu is attached to.
Grouping: use the Group by selector to organise events by Name, Day, Function Space or Function (the function type). Each group shows a quick count of its events and expands to the full table, which makes multi-day MICE programmes easy to review day by day. When you edit events in a grouped view, click Apply on each group's table to save the changes.
Sorting: click any column header to sort the events table; the footer confirms the active sort order. Use Items per load and Show More to control how many events load at once, and Reset Table to return to the default view.
Thynk saves your grouping, sort order and items-per-load preferences automatically in your browser, so the Event Manager opens the way you left it.
