How do I allow a function space to host several events at once in Thynk?

Some spaces, such as large foyers or exhibition areas, can host several events at the same time. Thynk supports this with multi-event settings.

1. Open the function space configuration.
2. Enable the option that allows several events at once.
3. Set the maximum number of concurrent events and any capacity rules.
4. Save the configuration.

The Function Diary then accepts overlapping events in that space within the limits you set, helping venues use their space to the full.
