How do I filter inquiries by property in Thynk?

    By · Published · Updated

    Short answer

Create a list view on the Inquiries tab with a filter on the property field, then save and share it.

    Full answer

In a multi-property set-up, Thynk lets you focus on the inquiries of one property with list views.

    1. Open the Inquiries tab.
    2. Create a new list view, or edit an existing one.
    3. Add a filter on the property field and choose the property.
    4. Save the view and pin it if you use it often.

You can add further filters, such as status or arrival date, and share the view with your team. Because Thynk is built on Salesforce, the same filters can be used in reports and dashboards.
