How can I configure separate statuses for bookings and events in Thynk.cloud?

Thynk lets administrators configure booking statuses and event statuses separately, so each reflects its own stage.

• Define the status values for bookings and for events, for example prospect, tentative and definite.
• Use Salesforce Flow to update statuses automatically based on your business rules.
• Display both statuses clearly on the booking and in the function diary.
• Report on bookings and events by status.

For example, a booking can be definite while one of its events is still tentative, giving sales and operations an accurate picture.
