Thynk is a Salesforce-native hospitality commercial platform for hotel and venue sales, catering, events and MICE.

## Full answer

Thynk's Event Manager gives sales, catering and conference services teams four view types for the events table on a group booking, so each role can focus on the columns that matter for MICE and banquet operations. The view selector sits in the top right of the Event Manager table. The default is Attendance View, and Thynk remembers your last choice in the browser on that device.

Attendance View — day-to-day event management with guest counts: name, when, function, function space, expected, set, guaranteed and actual guests, status and setup.

Forecast View — a financial and operational snapshot with event type, total forecast and average checks where those are configured in Thynk.

BEO View — banquet event order detail for operations, including setup and breakdown times, BEO description and event descriptions.

Custom views — organisation-level views configured by your Thynk administrator, shown alongside the standard views in the same selector.

Use Attendance View for guest-count work, Forecast View when reviewing revenue across events on a booking, and BEO View when preparing operational detail. Switching views keeps you in the same Event Manager table, so large multi-day programmes stay easy to navigate.
