## Full answer

Thynk's Event Manager lets sales and catering teams add food and beverage, equipment and other products to events directly from a group booking's events table, either to one event or to many events in a single step.
To add products, click an event row (or tick several events), choose Add Products, then find the product with the product type filter, the accounting category filter or the search bar. Drag the product into the Event Products column and adjust quantity, timing, guest count, price or discount, and pricing type (per unit or per guest). By default, a product's timing and guest count follow its event; unlink either to set specific values. When you add a product to several events at once, each product takes its guest count from its own event, or from the package guest count when the event belongs to a package.
To update many products together, tick them in the Event Products column, make the change on one product, select Apply to all selected and click Apply.
For events in a custom package, adding a product from an individual event shows an Include in Package toggle that places the product inside the package. The Products icon on each event opens a side panel with the agreed guests, quantity, price per guest, total sales price and timings of every linked product.
